Collection dates will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

2025 Collection Schedule – February 3rd – June 27th

Breeding days at EE Ranches will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from February 3rd – June 27th.

Please call EE Ranches at 903-564-3692 or text 903-881-3172 to order or cancel semen – do not order or cancel via email. Orders that do not follow this protocol cannot be accepted.

Semen orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) the day prior to collection/shipment. Cancellations must be made no later than 8:00 AM CST on the day of collection. If you do not call to cancel by 8:00 AM, the semen will be shipped as scheduled and the mare owner will be charged for shipping.

Orders that are received after the 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) deadline will be subject to a $100.00 late order fee.

Cooled semen shipments are taken on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

No semen will be shipped until we have a completed breeding contract, full payment and a credit card on file.

Confirmation of pregnancy by ultrasound within 30 days of shipment is required to maintain live foal guarantee. Failure to provide pregnancy status will result in the mare not being included on the stallion report.

Embryo transfer: If more than one embryo is produced and transferred, EE Ranches must be notified immediately. A stallion fee is due for each pregnancy.
